Introduction

As a dedicated nurse, I am wholeheartedly committed to delivering compassionate care while upholding the most stringent ethical standards. My journey towards leadership involves a profound understanding of my strengths as revealed by the CliftonStrengths Assessment, which include Relator, Strategic, Learner, Analytical, and Responsibility. My unwavering determination is geared towards enhancing my communication skills and sense of responsibility to foster better collaboration with others and to become a more productive and successful individual. My development plan comprises specific strategies, such as active listening, active participation in group discussions, taking ownership of my tasks, and maintaining an organized and focused approach. The purpose of this paper is to delve into my leadership philosophy by examining my core values, the outcomes of my strength assessment, and my development plan.
