To complete the Nurse Notes, download the necessary template provided below under “Template.” Rename the template as “Your Last Name Week 3 Nurse Notes” and save it as a Microsoft Word document (.docx). Save it to your computer or flash drive in a location where you can access it later. Enter your responses directly into the saved document. Once your nursing documentation in patient careis complete, save and close the template. Click the “Submit” button at the top of this page to upload your finished assignment.
