It covers the core theories of learning and how they apply to the roles of Nursing Professional Development Practitioners and Academic Nurse Educators. Additionally, the course delves into the standards and competencies required for these roles, such as Nursing Professional Development Practitioners, Academic Nurse Educators, and Academic Clinical Nurse Educators. Concepts related to organizational alignment and leadership are explored as well.
